In order to cancel a reservation, you can give us a cancellation request under the 'Change or Cancel' header at our e-mail address mentioned on our website.

Please bear in mind: submitting a cancellation request does not mean that your booking has been cancelled, make sure that you wait for our revert on your cancellation request!

Cancelation of your trip will still include charges. Depending on the terms of the plane fare, you may or may not have the right to obtain a (partial) refund.

Please understand that it is also possible that your reservation can not be cancelled: then under any case, you will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

In case your ticket is refundable, you must keep the following statements in mind:

  • 1. The turnaround time for cancellation and refund requests varies.
  • 2. The convenience fee charged at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee that is applied on all cancellations, including all partial cancellation requests.
  • 3. The refund would be transferred back to the same account from which the payment was made. For eg, if the Customer has a credit card, the Company can make an acceptable fee reversal. When the Customer uses a debit card, the Company can credit the money back on the debit card.
  • 4. In the event that the customer cancels his / her booking directly with the airlines, he / she would need to inform the Organization with valid paperwork to begin the refund process. It is recommended to notify the Organization within 48 hours of the cancellation order.
  • 5. The booking amount paid for Meal is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the airline cancels the flight).
  • 6. The Company will be able to activate the refund of the customer only after receipt and/or acknowledgment of the refund by the airline.
